A Residential Parenting Assessment Centre Based in Bognor Regis West Sussex
Working alongside Local Authorities, Solicitors, Courts, Guardians and Families providing independent Parenting Assessments by qualified Social Workers.
At For-Families our priority is the safety and well-being of the child. We work closely with parent(s) to promote positive sustainable change, recognise and address concerns, and build positive self-esteem and confidence in their parenting ability.
We provide a safe and comfortable environment where families can learn and develop parenting skills. The placement is a safe place for parents to explore past trauma, addiction, and mental health issues and to develop coping and management strategies which will support them to evidence their capacity to safely parent their children independently, now and throughout their minority.
Mission Statement
It is our belief at For-Families; child/ren will be safe, whilst their parents are given the best opportunity to care for them. We provide a safe place for the child/ren, whilst offering support, teaching and assessment to Parents. Whilst first and foremost we will ensure child/ren’s safety we will endeavour to equip parents in making confident life choices now and in the future, to enable them to make a positive contribution to their community and society. To achieve this, we offer the support that is required to Parents to allow them to grow and change behaviours where possible, we believe in enabling parents and offering them the best opportunity to do this.
